Refund and Cancellation Policy

E-Connect Training & Consulting

This policy covers:

  • 1:1 services (coaching, consulting, co-hosting support)
  • Group workshops and training
  • Online courses and digital products

We always follow any rights you have under UK consumer law (for example, any cooling-off period that applies to you as an individual consumer).


1. 1:1 sessions (coaching, training, consulting, online support)

Booking & payment

  • Sessions must be paid in advance, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Rescheduling

  • You can reschedule a session once for free if you give at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as a missed session.

Cancellations & refunds

  • More than 48 hours before the session:
    • Full refund or credit for a future session.
  • 24–48 hours before the session:
    • 50% refund or 50% credit.
  • Less than 24 hours / no-show:
    • No refund.

2. Group workshops & live training (online)

Booking & payment

  • Places on workshops are only confirmed once payment is received.

Cancellations by you

  • More than 7 days before the workshop:
    • Full refund or transfer to another date (if available).
  • 2–7 days before the workshop:
    • 50% refund or 50% credit.
  • Less than 48 hours before or no attendance:
    • No refund.

Cancellations by us

  • If we need to cancel or reschedule, you can choose:
    • A new date, or
    • A full refund.

3. Online courses & digital products

This includes:

  • Pre-recorded video courses
  • PDFs, templates, checklists and manuals
  • Course bundles

Access

  • You get access after payment is received.
  • We may offer lifetime or time-limited access; this will be explained on the course page.

Refunds

Because digital content is easy to copy and keep:

  • In general, we do not offer refunds once you have been given full access to a course or digital product.
  • If you are a UK consumer and buy as an individual (not as a business), your legal cooling-off rights may apply. We will follow UK law where it applies.
  • If there is a technical problem or the product is not as described, please email us at                     within 14 days, and we will work with you to fix it or offer a suitable solution.

4. Ongoing services (Airbnb co-hosting / virtual property support)

For co-hosting or ongoing remote management:

  • The terms (fees, notice period, what’s included) will be agreed in a separate written agreement with each client.
  • This agreement will explain:
    • How and when you can end the service
    • How much notice is needed
    • Any final payments or refunds due

5. How to request a refund or change a booking

To ask for a refund, reschedule or cancellation:

  • Include:
    • Your name
    • Service or course name
    • Date of booking/session
    • Reason for cancellation or refund request

We will reply as soon as we reasonably can and explain the next steps.
